I’m not happy about it, but I can handle it. If you submit any comments to the site, they get moderated by me first. I can’t be bothered to clear up after spammers bless them.
There’s always someone out there who ruins it for everyone else.

oh. Thats really bad if I can’t see my post immediately, but I can understand that. Spammer sucks!

Noticed some of the spam and you have my sympathies Simon. One of the reasons I use a home-rolled app was to try and prevent that. Once upon a time the company blog got hit badly with a few thousand spam comments and a colleague deleted all comments by mistake. Considering many genuine folks made the effort to write, to say I was upset was an understatement. Roll on a brave new world where spam advertising hopefully becomes redundant.
